Ik hoor vaak over de Wet op de geneeskundige behandelingsovereenkomst (WGBO). Waar gaat die precies over, waarom is dit zo belangrijk voor de relatie tussen patiënt en zorgverlener, en wat voor rechten en plichten volgen hieruit?
Mijn arbitrage gaat over meerdere complexe punten. Kan de arbiter eerst één juridisch punt beslissen voordat we de rest behandelen?
Ik verkoop weleens creatieve producten via een eigen website en ook op markten. Ik vraag me af of ik ondernemer ben voor de btw, of dat het hobby is. Hoe beoordeelt de Belastingdienst dat en vanaf welk bedrag moet ik me inschrijven en btw in rekening brengen?

1 reactieIk heb gehoord dat je zelfs ná een faillietverklaring nog een akkoord met schuldeisers kunt bereiken om uit het faillissement te raken. Hoe werkt dat en is daar toestemming van de rechter voor nodig?
Als de gemeente mijn grond nodig heeft voor een weg, kan ik worden gedwongen te verkopen?
