What has kept us relevant ever since our founding in 1724 is adaptive thinking. Ik heb gehoord van het begrip ‘flitsscheiding’, waarbij men vroeger een huwelijk snel kon omzetten in een geregistreerd partnerschap en dat partnerschap vervolgens beëindigde om zo in recordtijd te scheiden. Bestaat die mogelijkheid nog in Nederland en hoe werkt het precies?

1 reactieMijn partner en ik willen geen traditioneel huwelijk, maar we denken aan een geregistreerd partnerschap. Ik vraag me af of dat qua rechten en plichten gelijkstaat aan een huwelijk, bijvoorbeeld bij alimentatie, ouderlijk gezag over kinderen en erfrecht. Zijn er belangrijke verschillen waar we rekening mee moeten houden?
Ik beheer een forum en wil IP-adressen loggen van bezoekers en slechte actoren blokkeren. Is dat onder de AVG toegestaan?
Ik hoor vaak de term ‘internationaal humanitair recht’ ofwel IHR. Waarop heeft dat precies betrekking en in welke situaties geldt het?

Ik hoor dat er ‘asielprocedures’ en ‘reguliere procedures’ bestaan bij de IND. Wat maakt het onderscheid, en waar moet ik op letten bij een aanvraag?
We overwegen mediation in plaats van vechtscheiding voor de rechter. Is dat mogelijk en hoe verloopt het?
