Ik heb wisselende inkomsten en ben niet zeker op welke deadline ik me moet richten. De Belastingdienst spreekt over 1 mei, maar sommigen zeggen 1 juli als je uitstel aanvraagt. Geldt dat voor iedereen en wat als ik te laat ben?

1 reactieIk heb een stofzuiger gekocht en hij gaf na zeven maanden de geest. De verkoper wil me naar de fabrikant doorverwijzen, maar ik wil gewoon bij de winkel terechtkunnen. Ik twijfel of ik garantie heb of beroep moet doen op de wettelijke garantie. Hoe zit dat volgens het consumentenrecht?
Kan een andere stichting dezelfde naam gebruiken, of is er merk- of naambescherming?

1 reactieAls ik mensen via een blog vertel welke ETF’s ik interessant vind, is dat financieel advies of niet? Moet ik dan een AFM-vergunning hebben?
Ik lees in het contract dat de aanbestedende dienst een boete van 5.000 euro per dag vertraging wil opleggen. Is dat een normale gang van zaken of kan ik daartegen protesteren in de Nota van Inlichtingen? Ik vind het erg hoog in verhouding tot de opdrachtgrootte.
Ik heb een geliberaliseerd pachtcontract met een pachter, omdat we beiden flexibiliteit wilden. Nu is er onenigheid over de hoogte van de pachtprijs bij verlenging. De pachter vindt het te hoog, ik vind het marktconform. Welke regels gelden hier en hoe voorkom ik een langslepend conflict?
