At the beginning of 2010, the second generation Vallenduuk took over the management of the family business. Characteristic of the “traditional” legal profession, however, the service provision remained focused on the subsequent resolution of legal disputes already arisen by transport companies, such as challenging imposed fines and litigating in court cases.
However, the Dutch transport sector was subject to many changes and was increasingly internationalizing. The services provided by Vallenduuk Advocaten had to keep pace with this. The first step towards change was therefore the opening of a second branch of the law firm in Warsaw (Poland) on 1 October 2014, where several lawyers are now employed. Vallenduuk is currently managed by Patrick Bobeck, Kevin Vierhout, Michelle Vrolijk and Christian Hofman. And although this is officially no longer the case, it is precisely this involvement that is so characteristic of a family business, which is still one of the most important values ??of Vallenduuk's service.
