Ik wil inschrijven op een overheidsopdracht, maar de bestekspecificaties zijn zo onduidelijk dat ik niet eens zeker weet wat er precies gevraagd wordt. Ik merk dat bepaalde documenten ontbreken en sommige eisen elkaar tegenspreken. Nu vraag ik me af of de aanbestedende dienst verplicht is een Nota van Inlichtingen te organiseren, zodat ik tijdens die fase duidelijkheid kan krijgen over deze afwijkingen.
Ik importeer textiel en de douane twijfelt aan de afkomst (claim dat het Bangladesch is, maar lijkt op China-producten). Kunnen ze de zending vasthouden tot bewijs?
