Ik boekte een chartervakantie, is dat minder beschermd dan een lijnvlucht?
Ik hoor vaak over strafrecht: een misdrijf wordt begaan, de politie arresteert en de officier van justitie vervolgt. Maar wat is strafrecht precies en hoe onderscheidt het zich van burgerlijk recht?
Ik hoor dat de aanbestedende dienst eerst een ‘voorlopige gunningsbeslissing’ communiceert en daarna een standstill-periode (Alcatel-termijn) hanteert. Ik wil weten waarom die periode bestaat, hoe lang die meestal duurt, en of ik mijn kans op bezwaar verspeel als ik niet binnen die termijn actie onderneem.
Ik heb nog veel vakantiedagen staan en wil ze snel opnemen. Mijn werkgever doet moeilijk en wil niet dat ik in deze drukke periode wegga. Ik vraag me af of ik gewoon kan zeggen ‘ik ga toch’, omdat het mijn recht is om vakantiedagen op te nemen. Of kan de werkgever me dan straffen?
