Ik hoor vaak over de Wet op de geneeskundige behandelingsovereenkomst (WGBO). Waar gaat die precies over, waarom is dit zo belangrijk voor de relatie tussen patiënt en zorgverlener, en wat voor rechten en plichten volgen hieruit?
Ik zie digitalisering in transport. Kan een vrachtbrief volledig digitaal en is dat rechtsgeldig?
